Ayurvedic potli (poultice) full body massage – £57 (60 minutes)
Can be used on any part of the body to help soothe those aches and pains. The potli consists of small bundles packed with Ayurvedic herbs. Heating the potli releases active plant chemicals to soothe the painful area. These have been traditionally used for slimming. The massage technique, along with the heat, helps local circulation, increases the metabolism rate, and, in turn, helps increase fat metabolism through thermogenesis.
Ayurvedic ear massage and Hopi candle – £32 (30 minutes)
Massaging the ear has both local and internal effects. Locally, the massage is soothing, improves local blood circulation and helps relieve tension. Ayurvedic ear massage, being a holistic therapy, promotes balance and harmony throughout the body. The Hopi candle offers a deeply relaxing, calming and soothing experience and helps clear excess wax from the ear.
Ayurvedic dry powder slimming massage – £57 (60 minutes)
The whole body is vigorously massaged with medicated powders containing various herbs. This helps to reduce cellulite and tone muscles. The vigorous massage techniques, along with the slimming oil, help to increase local circulation, increase metabolism rate and help to increase fat metabolism.

Ayurvedic Navel Candling & Abdomen Detox Therapy™ is an extremely effective treatment. This abdominal and navel therapy belongs to the oldest form of therapy within the traditional Malay Medicine.
The aim is to work the entire body by combining different manual techniques such as Urut (massage), herbs (applied externally) to the abdomen, and navel candling in order to achieve a flow of Qi and blood along the meridians and organs and regulating them. Coolherbals® Dermal Roller Therapy ... for skin care
The Coolherbals® Dermal Roller gives similar results to laser resurfacing, chemical peels and dermabrasion, but is less invasive. It can be used on all skin types and even on sensitive areas around the eyes and neck. The Dermal Roller causes pinpoint punctures, this pushes the pores open temporarily. The body responds by initiating the healing process by releasing growth factors and triggering the production of collagen and elastin in the skin. The treatment can be used for skin rejuvenation, improving wrinkle appearance, improving fine eye lines, collagen induction, improving skin pigmentation, acne scarring, increasing skin thickness, surgery scarring, stretch marks and for cellulite.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT PLAN: For skin treatment a series of three to six procedures are recommended with around 4-6 weeks between each treatment, depending on the severity of the condition.

Coolherbals® Dermal Roller Therapy ... for thinning hair and hair loss
The Nutrigro® Scalp Roller Treatment is an innovative method for treating hair loss and hair thinning and consists of the the Nutrigro® Scalp Roller and the Nutrigro® Serum and together forms the thinning hair treatment product.
The Nutrigro® Scalp Roller is a plastic, handheld device with 3mm needles. These penetrate the scalp, allowing the Nutrigro® Serum to enrich the follicles. This encourages collagen to form and helps stimulate hair regrowth.
As the needles are very small, they do not cause pain, but help form temporary channels that allow the Nutrigro® Serum to work.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT PLAN: Have this treatment weekly for 10-12 weeks and then once every month for the next six months. Thereafter, for maintenance, have one treatment every three months.
