Our new operating policies during the Coronavirus pandemic
We know that many of you are worried about the Coronavirus and your health and safety is our biggest priority right now. To help protect you and our team, we’re introducing a few new policies in our salon. Please read them carefully before your visit:
The following information is provided to help clients prepare for upcoming appointments at Perfect Beauty Salon during the COVID-19 pandemic.
COVID-19 Client Protocol Waiver
Prior to your appointment you will be required to sign one waiver – COVID-19 Client Protocol – detailing the information below:
If you schedule over the phone, text, or email, these forms will be emailed to you. If you schedule your appointment online, these waivers will be part of your scheduling process. Alternatively, you can download the interactive PDF from the button below. You can then digitally complete the relevant sections, or print the PDF and fill out using a pen. This then can be attached to an email and sent to the salon.
These forms must be completed and returned at least 4 hours prior to your appointment; otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for all scheduled services.
All Perfect Beauty staff are now Barbicide COVID-19 certified for the Professional Beauty Industry. This program is designed to present the most current information that is pertinent to Professional Beauty Professionals.
All services will be by appointment only. No walk-ins.
All clients must wear a mask/cloth face covering that secures around the ears. If you arrive without an appropriate mask/face covering, you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged for all scheduled services.
Please do not park at street meters for your appointment. We will not allow staff or clients to leave during appointments to refill meters. See the “Location & Parking Info” page of our website for more info on the best parking places near the salon.
Once you have parked your car, please text (07525 710451) or your therapist will text message or ring you directly to make sure we are ready for you. Please do not enter the building until you have receive a confirmation text indicating your therapist is ready.
Please limit the amount of personal belongings you bring with you to your appointment as much as possible.
For proper distancing, our dressing room will be closed. We appreciate if you can bring the least amount of personal belongings into the salon. When possible, leave your coat and bags in your car.
Beverages and food
The salon will not be providing any beverages. Please bring anything you might want/need to drink during your service.
Please avoid bringing food into the salon. You will not be allowed to remove your mask/face covering to eat while in the salon.
Hand washing and sanitising
You will be required to wash/sanitise your hands several times during your visit to Perfect Beauty Salon (we will charge a cover charge of £2.50 to provide all PPE to our clients).
Therapists are required to social distance whenever possible. Therefore, we will likely leave the salon while your treatments process. Also, we ask you to gather your belongings and leave the salon as soon as your service is completed.
We will process payments as “touch-free” as possible. You may pay for your appointment using the credit card or can pay by cash as well.
Our waiting area will be unavailable. Please only enter the salon once we let you know it is safe to do so and have been notified by text or a phone call.
Rescheduling – to minimise time together, we will contact you after your appointment to reschedule your next service. Or, you may do so online.
General salon cleansing information
All chairs, treatment beds and tools will be disinfected after and before each client. We will also be following strict new disinfecting guidelines throughout our salons and regularly cleaning all high touch areas.
Hand sanitiser will be available at each beauty rooms, front desk, and in various places throughout the salon for staff and clients to use or clients can use their own.
All beverages and magazines will be removed from our salons during this time.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Each appointment is very valuable to all of us. We understand you may need to cancel your appointment. The sooner you let us know the better. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full price. We will call you to provide us with your credit card number for that charge.
