Salon re-opening after lockdown
The last month has been very difficult for all of us, and we have been looking forward to the day when we can welcome clients back to Perfect Beauty. That day has finally arrived! From 2nd December, we will be providing services again.
Please understand that we have 4 weeks of cancelled appointments that will have to be rescheduled. We will be working extra hours and days to try and accommodate existing appointments.

We now use Versum for our appointment book software. Versum is much more than a simple electronic booking system for hair & beauty salons – it’s salon management software that automates all of your daily tasks as much as possible. Between all of its functionalities, it also provides you with advanced salon online booking system which Perfect Beauty will use to make your booking your salon appointment an enjoyable experience.

Perfect Beauty was founded by beauty therapist Pawan in 2008, a highly motivated and skilled technician, she realised that Crawley definitely needed a little more glamour. Originally based within Toni & Guy, Pawan relocated to a bespoke facility on the top floor of the Jimmy Chop Chop hair salon situated on The Boulevard in 2011. She created a space where your beautiful and amazing body could experience the latest treatments and most stimulating products all within an affordable budget ... and most importantly, with a smile! In London a bikini wax could set you back £50. At Perfect Beauty, we can offer you exactly the same treatment for £10, how can one argue with value for money like that? We are a small beauty salon and during busy times our appointment dairy can be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we have a firm 48 hour cancellation policy.
A full 48 hours notice of any change to the appointment time or date is required otherwise there will be a charge of 50% of the total service cost. If less than 48 hours there will be a charge of 100% of the total service cost. If you have pre-paid it will be deducted from your session.
If you need to cancel your appointment (PLEASE NOTE: This includes rescheduling your appointment) please call us on 01293.539294 or to msg us on 07525.710451. If you are cancelling outside of salon operating hours – you may cancel by email firstname.lastname@example.org and should be followed up by a telephone call during salon operating hours. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in full charges on your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates or sessions).
As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.
Groups of 3 or more people require 72 hours cancellation notice. Absolutely no exceptions can be made to our cancellation policy because we often schedule and pay therapists to come in especially for your appointment.
We accept most cards and cash, and do not accept cheque. We can set up instalments plan for up to 2 payments, with no admin cost or charges. Please ask for more information at the salon..
50% deposit is required for all treatments over one hour duration.
All our treatments are carried out by qualified therapists. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please contact the salon immediately and speak to the manager. We cannot give refunds on any treatments but we will look into your concerns immediately and do what is required to keep you happy.
Our products are sold as brand new and for personal use only. We cannot give refunds on any products sold to due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons.
Skin test is required 24 hours before some treatments.

Any complaint or comment regarding your treatments should be made in the first instance to a therapist before you leave the salon so that it can be resolved at the time.

When booking by phone, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card to reserve your appointment. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card until your service is completed (unless you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, reschedule, or do not show up for your appointment). Upon completion, you will be able to pay for your services with your choice of Visa, MasterCard or cash. We do not except Cheque. If you do not have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your services in cash (48 hours in advance) to hold your reservation.
Gift vouchers are available upon request, if you fail to attend the appointment or change booking less than 48 hours, same charges will apply as normal and you will lose either 50% of your voucher cost or 100% of your voucher at no show.
We reserve the right to charge card with any outstanding money owing by you or any of your guests if any outstanding money is not settled at the end of your visit.
When booking for bank holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve, you will be asked to pre-pay for your appointment. Please note charges will be made to your credit card immediately and are non-refundable.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your face or body treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, take a seat in at our comfortable reception area, fill out any necessary consultation forms and enjoy tea, coffee or choice of any herbal tea at reception. Arriving late will mean deducting precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.
We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. Allow plenty of time for travel and to park your car. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals (within 15 minutes after your appointment) by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment will result in less treatment length without the opportunity to reschedule. If you have a gift card and do not show up for your treatment or cancel 48 hours before your treatment time, you will forfeit your gift card.
We recommend that you plan ahead for your visit to our beauty salon. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our location, parking, local buses and stations etc.
Please respect all salon guests right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas.
